Carol Jones: OFFICE MANAGER
Our Office Manager is Carol Jones a former resident of Indiana who worked for N.A.P.A. Auto Parts Distribution Center for 17 years. Carol is married and has a daughter Gracie. They moved to beautiful Myrtle Beach in 1999. She is available Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Shawn Barry
Shawn is originally from north Virginia. He first moved to Charleston SC in the early eighties. In September of 2005 he moved to Myrtle Beach and became a licensed Realtor. Specializing in investment properties, oceanfront, and second row, Shawn knows value. He has applied his knowledge as a former stockbroker and lumber importer to Real Estate. He has a beautiful wife and three spoiled children. Call Shawn for rental, investment, second home, and pre-construction sales.

Eugene Deyneka
Originally from the Ukraine Eugene came to Columbia SC in 1992 where he and his family lived for 8 years. In 2000 he moved to Myrtle Beach to work as an Engineer for AVX Corporation. In 2003 he moved to North Carolina and became a broker/owner of Deals Realty LLC. He is also an associate broker with Manila Realty in Raleigh NC. Eugene is a member of Raleigh Regional Assocation of Realtors and the Triangle MLS which brings an opportunity to serve the people of the Grand Strand interested in real estate in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill market. At the same time, he helps his clients from North Carolina find properties along the beautiful Grand Strand.

Gretchen Robinson
Gretchen was a resident of Virginia prior to moving to Surfside Beach with her husband, Herb. She had many years of experience in property management in Virginia and felt she would enjoy Real Estate at the beach. She enjoys visits from her five children and fourteen grandchildren. Gretchen loves to help people make their Real Estate dreams come true.
